About the Role
vCIO MSP
$130,000 - $150,000
New York - 1 day in per week and available for client meetings in New York.
middle has partnered with a client who is seeking an MSP vCIO to join their team. This full-time, fully remote position however you will be required client visits in the City to discuss client strategy, SBR/QBR reviews and process reviews.
As an MSP vCIO, you will review existing IT infrastructure, and formulate solutions aligned with the clients organizational goals. This position will suit someone with strong client management, client-facing skills looking to take their next step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client account management – SLA reviews, review client’s tech stacks, project management
- Vendor Management
- Oversee the implementation of IT projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
- Conduct assessments of current IT infrastructure and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic business reviews (SBR) for clients
- Budget and resource allocation
Required Skills:
- Previous MSP experience is essential
- Previous experience in a vCIO role or similar.
- Technical experience with 365, virtualization, cloud technologies.

Salary Range: 130,000 - 150,000 USD
