👨‍💻 EUC Architect – Modern Workplace & Endpoint Management

💰 Up to £80k + £10k car + 15% Bonus

📍 Hook, Hampshire – Hybrid (2 or 3 days onsite)

Middle has partnered exclusively with a key client to find a talented EUC Architect who can lead the technical vision for their modern workplace environment. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in dynamic settings, can influence architectural decisions, and enjoys working hands-on with the Microsoft ecosystem.

This opportunity will place you at the forefront of designing, refining, and futureproofing an enterprise-scale digital workspace across multiple device platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, mentoring junior engineers, and driving innovation in endpoint security, device management, and automation.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the technical authority for all things EUC, shaping the long-term direction of the digital workplace.
• Architecting cross-platform solutions for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
• Collaborating with operations and InfoSec teams to embed security-first principles and ensure resilience across the EUC estate.
• Identifying new technologies that improve user experience while maintaining control and compliance.
• Supporting large-scale project delivery and resolving escalated technical issues where deep expertise is required.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong track record in EUC architecture, engineering, or technical leadership.
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, Defender for Endpoint, and M365 security tools.
• Exposure to SCCM, VMware Horizon Cloud, Active Directory, and public cloud technologies.
• Confident scripting in PowerShell.
• Skilled at translating technical complexity into clear decisions, engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
