Service Desk Team Lead

middle is partnered with an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP/IT Consultancy) based in Farnham to onboard a Service Desk Team Lead! After placing within the business, we know firsthand how well they treat their staff and clients! This is a great move for a Service Desk/IT Support Engineer looking for the right environment to grow and develop their skills.
They love helping their SME clients in the region and are ever-growing, through natural business referrals – all thanks to the great engineers already onsite.
Ideal Skills:

Proficient experience within Windows environments.

O365, SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Directory) experience.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues within a fast-paced environment.

Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.

Understanding of networking principles and protocols – Routers, Switches, connectivity, VLAN
-
Previous experience as a Senior or 3rd Line. They will offer the opportunity to move into leadership if you have no proper experience.
